Gentryrose. It’s not exactly a mainstream name, is it?
If you knew that my daughter’s middle name is Rose, and my son’s middle name is Gentry, then it would instantly make sense. I am a mom first, but an educator at heart. My approach to both vocations is the same: I try to see each person–whether that’s my child or your student, or a teacher or administrator–as an individual. There are no cookie-cutter solutions that fit every challenge, because different students respond to different texts. Different schools need different resources.
My job is to help administrators get the most from their education dollars. They don’t have to sacrifice quality to do so, because I am an expert at finding innovative materials that are backed by strong research. I know, without an inkling of doubt, that all students are capable of learning in some capacity. I am certain that when expertly trained teachers have access to exemplary, innovative and professional material, there is no limit to what they will achieve together.
